Here's a pretty good guideline.  If you are not sure, just post more pictures and maybe take it down a level.  Please don't represent something to be a condition it's not.

I have had that happen to me - I boug an EUC shirt that isn't fit for anything other than a cleaning rag.  Just be honest, that's all we ask.  Read your ad as if you were the person who might be buying it.

------------------------------------------

  • New and New Without Tags (NWOT) :complete condition in all aspects.  Never been used or worn, they may or may not have tags.

  • Excellent used condition (EUC): means totally sound in condition and appearance, but any wear is a result of having been worn now and then, but the item has been well looked after and stored to still keep good looks.  The construction of the garment is sound with no buttons missing or unavailable for matching.

  • Very good used condition (VGUC) means wearable with some flaws. Flaws such as stains or minor structural flaws have made an appearance.  However, overall the garment has redeeming factors such as scarcity or a rare print making it desirable. The position of the soiling or staining is also important.  Since the marking may be permanent this should be reflected in the selling price.   Some stains (formula) may be able to be taken out with extra effort)
  • Good/play condition: means wearable, but the item is no longer in pristine condition and if there are repairs to be made it could never achieve excellent condition.    These clothes have been worn, but the fact they still exist means they were favourite items or stylish treasured garments in their day.  They are great for play in.  Some may have minor stains or a tiny hole, etc.
